By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions, which are subject to change without prior notice.

Listed above is a general rule of thumb, however, do not hesitate to consult via twitter DMs before ordering.

  1. I have the right to decline any commissions.

  2. Please ensure that all correct references and information has been provided, and I am not responsible for contacting the client to ask for information that was not provided.

  3. I have full rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork (e.g. to post on my online platforms, use as commission samples) unless previously discussed with me.

  4. You cannot claim my art as your own and must credit me (Twitter: @Kiri_Birb) when reposting or using the commissioned artwork.

  5. No edits or alterations are to be done to the commissioned artwork (e.g. painting over it).

  6. Time taken to complete the commission may range from 1 to 2 weeks depending on the number of commissions listed and personal commitments.

  7. All commissions are for personal use only, unless an option has been made available for commercial use and has been paid for.

  8. No refunds, unless I am unable to complete your commission or if I have not started working on it by 2 weeks after the order.

  9. Any and all use for NFTs and AI are prohibited.

  10. All commissions will be sent via email from [email protected] in the form of .png files.
